It depends on the type of treatment. Simple procedures can be done in 1 to 2 days. Treatments involving implants or full rehabilitation may require 3 to 7 working days, and sometimes a second visit a few months later.
2. What is included in the free video consultation?
During the video consultation, you can explain your situation, clarify doubts, and receive initial clinical guidance. There is no obligation.
3. Does the clinic assist with accommodation and transfers?
Yes. We can suggest accommodation options and arrange transport (pick-up) on the day of treatment or surgery.
4. What if I have a problem after returning to my country?
We provide remote post-treatment follow-up via video consultation. We also issue a Dental Passport whenever applicable — an official document recording all treatments performed, including implant serial numbers to ensure traceability worldwide. For more complex cases, we collaborate with your local dentist.
5. Do you help with documentation for my dental insurance?
Yes. We issue detailed invoices in English, clinical reports with technical information compatible with international codes, and, if applicable, the Dental Passport with all treatment records — including implant serial numbers. Our team is available to support you throughout the process.
6. How do payments work? Can I pay in installments?
Yes. After the treatment plan is approved, payment can be made in phases according to clinical progress. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, or cash. All details are clearly explained before treatment begins.
